On the road with Billie!

I have some very exciting news. As a part of the Get Reading campaign we are taking Billie B Brown on the road! Best of all, Aki, the illustrator, is coming over from New Zealand especially. I can't wait to meet her. We will be travelling around Victoria and NSW together from Sept 19th to the 23rd and we are really hoping to meet some Billie fans! Well, next month it will be a whole year since the Billie B Brown series were first launched. Billie has made new friends, had midnights feasts, cut her hair, gone on excursions, played lots of soccer and even had a new arrival in her family. So many things to celebrate! So we are holding an extra-special super-dooper one year Billie B Brown birthday party on Sunday 3rd April at the Children's Book Festival in Melbourne. Hope you can come!

Summer is here!

Hello everyone!
Well, I don't know about you, but I am always very happy when summer arrives. I love everything about summer: the warm weather, the Christmas holidays, and especially the beach! Billie likes the beach too, and in the next Billie book you will will see that she finds some very special things there. This is the lovely summery cover, and it will be in shops in January.

Fourteen More Sleeps!

Only fourteen more sleeps until Christmas! Billie B Brown's Christmas, that is. The beautiful new Billie book, with its gorgeous shiny cover, will be available from November 1, just in time for Christmas. Let's hope that lots of Billie B Brown fans will find them under the tree or in their stockings this year!
